Amal Clooney always looks impeccably stylish, but on Tuesday night, she stepped out for a dinner at Buckingham Palace wearing what might just be one of her best gowns yet.
At the dinner for the Prince’s Trust Group — Prince Charles’s youth charity — Amal Clooney made the palace look like the Oscars while wearing a stunning white gown from Jean-Louis Scherrer by Stephane Rolland. The glamorous dress — from the designer’s spring 2007 collection — features an asymmetrical cape that cascades down the right arm, as well as gold beading on the left arm. She paired it with a metallic clutch.
Amal and George Clooney weren’t the only famous people in attendance at the dinner, of course: Prince Charles was there — and he was photographed joking around with the Clooneys — as were Hollywood stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Josh Hartnett, and others.
Prince Charles founded the trust in 1976 to help vulnerable young people get their lives back on track.
The charity has helped 870,000 young people since 1976 and supports over 100 more each day. Three in four of these young people move into work, training or education.

This is a win-win business though, the Royals are low in cash flow and the Cloones are multimillionaires thanks to his Tequila business and now she is mingling with the Royal Monarchy.
He rather mingle with the next Democratic President at the White House .. but for now Buckingham Palace will do ;- ))

OMG that Michael Jackson sequined gold arm …. priceless. Wow, even in couture she manages to be tacky. Plus, the square shoulders on that gown doesn’t really help her masculine broadness.

Gorgeous pic. Glad that we can’t see the golden arm. Way too distracting for what otherwise is a sophisticated, ethereal look. Cut that golden arm off!!!

I loved the dress until I saw the golden sleeve. Amal was smart to pose for photographs with the horrible golden sleeve hidden. Without the golden sleeve, the dress is gorgeous. I completely agree with the person who commented that she should cut it off.

Loved the dress until I saw the sleeve. Should have been altered. It’s too bad that sleeve wasn’t more white crystal. She needs to work on her posture.
