I noticed the absence of socks/shoes too in photos.
Once little ones start cruising and get a taste of being upright and moving independently, they tend to want to do this wherever they are-even on an airplane… At that point, they need to wear either shoes/socks to protect their feet.
The twins ( now. 13 months old) have been photographed in pants-especially denim, which is very sturdy for crawling,and I wonder if they are still crawling and not yet bringing themselves to a stand and moving while holding on to something (cruising).

How you can know, that they are just crawling? And what do you expect? Stepping out of the airplane by themselves? Bullshit! In fact , it is totally okay, if they are still crawling. They have time at the age of 18 months to make their first footsteps.

If you read my post, you will see that I am asking a question (“I wonder?”) instead of making a statement. BTW, anyone who has had experience with young children knows what developmental norms are..I would be very concerned if a child took their first steps at 18 months. Anyone who wants proof that Alexander & Ella are cute should go to Page Six. They ran lots of photos which included the kids when the family was leaving Sardinia on Thursday. There was a photo that included a front face view of the kids and I can attest that they are both cute-especially Ella in her blue outfit & bonnet.
