Amal is a style setter. I love her choices and how she matches them to the occasion. She “Marks the Moment”. George Clooney should adopt a cleaaner, fresher look, which would take a high quality stylist, He needs to be painted into the picture.

I always feel sorry for little children with old parents. It’s hard on the parents, and harder on the little kids who get passed off to younger hired care. This is one of those moments I wish Amal had married someone akin to her age. (…And akin to her stature and intelligence….but that’s a discussion for another day!)

No, not when raising a child Nati. Love is only one aspect of a very big complicated jigsaw puzzle. You also need enthusiasm, energy, perspective, good health, patience and lots of cognitive flexibility. And you need the ability to be resilient in the face of sleepless nights! And, you need to hang around other young parents with their young children as it takes a village to raise a child. You need to be developmentally in sync with the task. If it was only love you needed, then grandparents would make wonderful parents – but, nature has removed that role from them and given it to a younger generation for a reason.
Just because this society ‘can’ give birth at ‘any’ age, doesn’t mean it ‘should’. There are fallacies of thought, borne of a selfish mindset, that are changing the very fabric of our world – and this is one of them.
Babies do not deserve pentagenerians as parents.

There are a million and one unfit parents in this world who are not “older.” If they have a child, it will likely end up just like any other Hollywood celebrity’s child, for better or for worse. Age of the parents will have nothing to do with it.

Sorry, but GC is only 54. Where is the Problem. Anthony Quinn became a father with over 80 years. That is horrible. Also Michael Douglas seems to be a very nice father and he was even older than George Clooney.

a)37 is NOT TOO OLD!
b)The age of the father makes no dif.
c)They don’t need hired help, what kind of a statement is that? They have healthy grandmothers to do the task!
d)My mom had me when she was 28. I was raised mainly by my grandmother who lived with us all her life God rest her soul. I turned out OK (I think?!?).
e)Amal, the woman was busy with a career this that, maybe she had no luck with men, this that, she fell for George, and now she may may not be pregers. What’s the big deal? Of course its best to have kiddos in your twenties, of course it is biologically this that, but if it happens in your thirties what is the big deal?
f)That being said, I much doubt they are pregers, and if they are I reccomend they take some time off the public eye, until the baby is 1 year old or something. Just take time off, she can work from home, he can do his movies, or write a script from home, or something, home could be somewhere where the press will leave them some peace and quiet. No fancy clothes, no restaurants, no defence meetings this that…
g)But no, I doubt the woman is pregs. Can we just leave them alone already?

I remember having seen George Clooney in Montreal years ago when he was working on an up-coming film. He was very polite and very friendly with people/fans. He was a nice person then and he would still be a nice person now by what has been written about him lately. In summary, he’s a genuinely nice guy.
